España también encubrió a Puigdemont?

Hace pocos minutos ha sido detenida una tercera persona que acompañaba a Carles Puigdemont cuando viajaba de Finlandia hacia Bélgica. Esta mañana han sido detenidos dos Mossos d’Esquadra.

Me pregunto si estas detenciones no pueden influir en que Puigdemont no sea entregado por Alemania. Estas tres personas no fueron detenidas por Alemania y curiosamente en España se las detiene.

Parece ser que se las detiene por encubrimiento. Pues no lo entiendo. Si encubrir significa no poner en conocimiento de la autoridad competente la presencia de Puigdemont entonces España es el primer encubridor pues sabía que Puigdemont estaba por Dinamarca y lo encubrió!

La diferencia entre estos tres detenidos y España es que España quería que Puigdemont respondiera delante de la justicia alemana y estos tres detenidos delante de la justicia alemana!

Estas tres personas no le dijeron a las autoridades de Dinamarca que Puigdemont estaba en su territorio pero si esto es encubrimiento entonces España también cometió este delito.

A mi me da la sensación que España está actuando como a lo tonto. No me extrañaría nada que los alemanes se empiecen a dar cuenta de lo que pasa y dejen de sacar las castañas del fuego a España.

Ayer pasó una cosa muy rara. Gerard Piqué suele ser pitado cuando juega con la selección española pero ayer se lo aplaudió.

Germany should let Puigdemont move free in Germany

Some months ago Carles Puigdemont was not allowed to leave Belgium. Belgium had received the first warrant from Spain. It was obvious that Puigdemont was not going to escape! The laws in Belgium were the best for him so it would have been crazy for him to leave.

Desde muchos medios de comunicación de Madrid y desde varios partidos de ámbito estatal no se nos para de decir que la suerte de Puigdemont dependerá de los jueves ya que España es un estado de derecho donde hay separación de poderes. Teniendo en cuenta esto algún juez puede enviar a Carles Puigdemont a España para ser juzgado.

Pero yo le diría a este juez alemán. Si en España hay separación de poderes la suerte de Puigdemont debería de depender solamente de los jueces y el gobierno español ha interferido hace unas horas.

Carles Puigdemont podía haber sido detenido en Dinamarca o en Alemania. Y quien sabe si también en Suecia. El gobierno español decidió que se le detuviera en Alemania! Esto es interferencia. Son los políticos que gobiernan en Madrid los que han decidido escoger el país más severo para Puigdemont!

Si yo fuera juez alemán esto me haría sospechar que España no es un estado de derecho tan de derecho como el gobierno español pinta! El gobierno español ha interferido para que se detuviera a Puigdemont donde la pena que se le puede imponer es más grande!

A los Mossos d’Esquadra se les acusó de inacción el 1 de octubre. De mirar a otra parte. Pues bien, cuando el juez Llarena puso en marcha una orden europea de detención de Carles Puigdemont. el juez Llarena no dijo: NO LO DETENGAN EN DINAMARCA, DETÉNGANMELO EN ALEMANIA QUE ASÍ LA PENA PUEDE SER MAYOR.

La orden del juez era de detención. Y FUE EL GOBIERNO ESPAÑOL DEL PARTIDO POPULAR, el que decidió por su cuenta, que la detención se hiciera en Alemania.

Un juez alemán debiera tener en cuenta eso! A Carles Puigdemont se le tenía que haber detenido a la primera oportunidad! Pues había una orden de detención!

En cualquier caso yo creo que si Puigdemont se entrega a España el juicio se podría declarar nulo ya que en su entrega EL GOBIERNO ESPAÑOL INTERVINO PARA DETENERLO EN EL LUGAR CON LA MÁXIMA PENA!

Imaginemos que el gobierno español hubiera querido que Puigdemont hubiera sido detenido en Bélgica para así ayudar a Puigdemont a permanecer lejos de España. Si esto hubiera pasado ahora en España se estaría alzando la voz al cielo diciendo que el poder ejecutivo estaba interfiriendo el poder judicial. Pues esto es lo que ha pasado!

LA DETENCIÓN DE PUIGDEMONT ES NULA EN ALEMANIA PUES ES COMO CONSECUENCIA DE LA INTERFERENCIA DEL GOBIERNO ESPAÑOL QUE FUE EL QUE DECIDIÓ EN QUE PAÍS DETENERLO.
